When I run a fullscreen game with wine I figured out I have to use ForceRefreshRate registry key to force wine use 75Hz. The problem is that the only way to perfectly play the game is to set the resolution of the game to 2. Equally, if you are playing at 1080p and you select quality, Wine/Proton will set your fullscreen resolution to 1280x720. Because of the notch, the aspect ratio is ~1. exe The problem might be with Wine, Lutris, PlayOnLinux, or even the app you are using. I ran winecfg and changed the dpi which did a great job of making the text readable.
